To ensure sustainable development, it is essential to maintain a balance of the following elements: economic growth, social inclusion, and environmental protection. The core concept behind sustainable development is the advancement of these three elements without depleting Earth’s resources and using only what is necessary.

THE HOTEL'S APPROACH TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Our mission is to ensure that our actions have a positive impact on the local residential and business community, while striving for positive social and economic outcomes. In cases where this is not possible, we aim to minimize the negative effects to acceptable levels.

As a hotel, we wholeheartedly support sustainable development through the following initiatives:

  1. Developing and implementing an Integrated Management System, certified with the sustainable award Travelife Gold, as well as adhering to International Standards such as ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001. Through the implementation of our Integrated Management System, we seek to ensure the quality, safety, and hygiene of our products, meet customer expectations, manage our environmental aspects, and contribute to the protection of the environment.
  2. Giving priority to products made from recycled materials and produced sustainably. We actively choose products that promote recycling and sustainable production practices, aiming to reduce waste and support a circular economy.
  3. Organizing events and actively contributing to charitable actions, associations, foundations, and social events through donations or active participation. For instance, we engage in activities such as blood donations, fundraising for children with special needs on Children’s Day, and participating in social events like clean-up drives on Environment Day. Our aim is to make a positive impact on society and support important causes.
  4. Acting with full respect for human rights and treating all guests, visitors, suppliers, subcontractors, and staff equally and respectfully, without any form of discrimination. We create an inclusive environment where everyone is treated fairly and with dignity.
  5. Recognizing that the prosperity of our staff is paramount. We ensure equal and respectful treatment of all employees, prioritize staff skill development and training, and have a reward system in place to acknowledge and appreciate their contributions toward achieving the company’s goals through their hard work.
  6. Supporting recycling efforts by actively promoting and facilitating recycling within our hotel operations. We encourage both our staff and guests to practice recycling, provide appropriate facilities and resources, and aim to minimize waste generation through recycling initiatives.

 By adhering to these principles and taking proactive steps, we strive to make a positive and sustainable impact on our local residential and business community while minimizing any negative social and economic consequences.
